Rosie the Riveter Experience

August 30 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Roll up your sleeves and step into history! Join us aboard the ship to meet Rosie the Riveter, the enduring symbol of the millions of women who helped power the nation during World War II.

Learn about the women who worked in shipyards, factories, and support roles that kept vessels like the Mackinaw operating during her years of service. This special program highlights the determination, skill, and teamwork of the women who helped build and support America’s fleet.

Visitors can chat with Rosie, ask questions, and take photos while discovering the powerful stories behind the famous “We Can Do It!” spirit.

Included with regular museum admission.
