Before You Board: Important Information

We want you to have a safe and enjoyable visit. Please be aware of the unique features of a historic ship:

  • Tour Time: We recommend allowing a minimum of 60 minutes to adequately tour the ship.
  • Last Entry: The last admission is allowed 60 minutes before the posted closing time.
  • Facilities: The ship does not have running water or permanent restroom facilities. Porta-potties are available on the dock.
  • Accessibility: The ship has very limited handicap accessibility. The tour involves navigating confined spaces, open decking, and steep ladders.
  • Footwear: For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing closed-toe shoes.
  • Gear: Please do not carry large bags, purses, or beverages aboard.

Pet Policy

While we love animals, due to the challenges of traversing open ladders and multiple levels on a historic ship, we do NOT allow pets aboard.

  • Service Dogs: ADA certified Service Dogs are welcome but are limited to touring ONLY the main deck. Please be advised that the steel deck can get very hot on sunny days. Standard admission rates apply for their owner.
